Stand Options and Fees 2025

Bookings to exhibit at the Victorian Careers Show in 2025 will open on 1 August 2024.

• To take advantage of the Early Bird discount and the additional Two Event discount, payment is required by Tuesday 1 October 2024. EXPIRED
  
• If you would like to book to exhibit at both this event and our other Victorian event, the VCE and Careers Expo 2025, choose the additional 10% off the Early Bird rate option. Bookings must be made at the same time, (separate booking forms are required) and paid for by Tuesday 1 October 2024 to receive the Two Event discount. No further discounts apply. EXPIRED
  
• Full Fee is applicable after Tuesday 1 October 2024.
• Once we receive your completed exhibitor booking form you will receive a tax invoice for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
• Bookings to exhibit made within 8 weeks of the event are payable by the due date on the invoice.
• Bookings to exhibit close on Thursday 24 April 2025 unless sold out prior.
